Three practical notes. They describe this site, not concert-going in general: the sections a page actually has, the fields an organiser fills in, and what to check before the doors open.
The programmes themselves are written by the ensembles. These guides explain how to use that page, and how to write one that a person in the seat can finish before the downbeat.
For listeners
A SymphonicBase page is the printed leaflet, on your phone. It is one document for one concert. Here is what each part is doing, and what it will not do.
For ensembles
The page replaces the leaflet. Write the parts a person in the seat will actually use, in the fields the editor already gives you. Publish one concert per address.
Concert night
A short checklist for the audience, and one for the people on the door. The page is already published by then. The work is to make sure the right phone can open the right concert.
