Concert night
Using the programme on the night
A short checklist for the audience, and one for the people on the door. The page is already published by then. The work is to make sure the right phone can open the right concert.
For the audience
Open the link before you sit down. Confirm the title. Switch language if you need the other one. Put the phone on silent. Lower the brightness. Sections run down the page: the programme, the ensemble, the notes, the people, the thanks. You do not pinch-zoom through a PDF.
During the music, treat the phone as you would a paper programme. Read between pieces, not over a quiet solo. The hall's rules still apply, and the page may show the ones the ensemble chose to repeat: no food or drink, a silent phone, and quiet during the performance.
For the door and the stage manager
One QR code points at one published address. Test it on a phone that is not logged into the organiser account, before the house opens, on the venue's network if you can. A draft returns a not-found page to everyone except the account that owns it. If the test phone cannot see the programme, the audience will not see it either.
If the order changes after the doors open, edit the same page and save. Tell the door that the code already on the slide still works, so they do not invent a second link. People who will not use a phone still need whatever paper the ensemble decided to keep. The digital page does not cancel that.
After the concert
Leave the page published if you want a public record of what was played. It stays in the library while its status is published. If the concert was private and should not remain up, unpublish it or delete it from the account. Unpublishing removes it from the library and from anyone who does not have the organiser login.
